Introduction

Branches can be identified with multiple teams a feature that enables the organisation to segregate the data that users interact with. The teams function is only available within the enterprise version of the Brevity application. To learn more you will need to send a request through to support@brevity.com.au.


Creating a New Team record

To create a team record observe the following steps

  1. Access the Branch record from the Administration > Branch setup menu.

  2. Click the (plus) Add New Record icon located mid-way above the team data grid.

  3. Specify the Name of the team.

  4. Click the SAVE icon.

  5. Click the CLOSE icon. The record created will be listed within the team data grid.


Deleting a Team record

To remove a teams record from the Teams data grid click the delete icon located to the right of the record entry. Click the OK button on the Delete message dialogue to proceed with removal of the teams record.
