Introduction

The Service Schedule record is related with the provision of direct services. The schedule record lists the type, date, location and funding considerations of the service being delivered, the client on receipt of the service and support worker whom is delivering the service, associated tasks and the service cost inclusive of expenses.

The Service Schedule record can be created either:

  • through the client>Service Schedule sub-menu

  • Direct off the Client record through the Service Schedule tile located within the left vertical menu.

  • Creating a copy of an existing Service Schedule profile.

  • From the client panel within the schedule board, by selecting the (blue star) service template icon.
