This page will guide you through the steps of managing the assignment of clients to those nominated staff members, that will be accessing the Brevity Self-Serve portal.

Linking a Client Profile

To assign clients so they are accessible to a nominated staff member through the Brevity Self-Serve portal observe the follow steps:

  1. Select the Employees>Employees sub-menu to open the User List page into the browser.

  2. Search for the Employee record from within the User list.

  3. Highlight the Employee record to be edited.

  4. Either click on the edit button or double click on the Employee record to open it within the Employee page within the browser.

  5. Under the Care worker clients section on the employee profile select the “Link record” icon.

  6. An autocomplete box appears from which your clients can be searched on and selected into the list.


Unlinking a Client Profile

To remove client from the Care Worker Clients data grid slide the horizontal slider to the right and click the remove icon.
