Open Client Profile

In the Clients Menu, select the Clients tab to search for the client information to be edited (Refer to Editing Client information guide for searching a client),

Adding New Client Funding

In the lower right hand side of the Client information, there is a "Client Funding" information. Select the "Add Icon" beside it.

Once selected, the Client Funding Form will pop-up. Fill out all the necessary information and then select the "Save" button.

Adding Services that the Client is Funded for

Once saved, you can add all services the client is funded for by clicking the + icon within the Services section - this is required for generating NDIS claims as well as tracking the budget. Click Close to close the Client Funding Form once done adding all service the client is funded for.

Editing Client Funding Record

You can always return to a client funding record to make changes to it. To do this, you simply need to double-click on the record from within the client funding section list.

Deleting a Client Funding Record

You should only delete a client funding record if it was mistakenly entered into the system. For valid client funding records, you should Deactivate these to make them inactive in the system. In the lower right of the Client information, Slide the "Horizontal Slide Bar" of the Client Funding information and select the "Delete Icon" of the corresponding Client Funding profile to be deleted - please note that this record will be permanently deleted.

Deactivate a Client Funding Record

You should Deactivate a client record when it is no longer current. To do this, double-click the record within the Client Funding section list on the Client record to open the record for editing. From within the pop-up window select the Deactivate button on the toolbar to flag the record as inactive.
