This page provides an overview of the Qualification record.

These are the topics on this page:

Introduction

Qualification records are accessed through the Administration>Qualifications menu. Qualification codes are used to define the employee (user) compliance records that are required based upon the position occupied by the employee.

Qualifications can include records related with certifications, professional memberships, training, experience, the currency of policies, trade or skills registration, character checks or currency of licensing. Minimum qualification requirements for an employee who is delivering services and support to an NDIS participant on behalf of a registered NDIS provider are determined respectively by the NDIS Commission, state authorities and the NDIS provider.

From a rostering perspective the presence of qualifications assigned to the employee profile will help determine the NDIS worker most suitable when scheduling client services.
