This page guides you to link clients to employee records.

Linking the client to the care worker from employee's profile will also be shown on care workers from the client's profile. There are few benefits when linking the care worker to the client. You can track down the clients that are working with the employee. When assigning an employee to the client's service schedule, you can select the "Assigned to the Client" option so the list could show the employees that are working with the client. Self - serve employee should link the client to them so they could see the client's information from self - serve portal.

Linking a client to a care worker

  1. In the Employee information page, select the "Link Icon" in the "Care Worker Clients" information.

  2. Once selected a "Search Field" containing client names will pop-up, search for the name of the client and select the client.

  3. Click the "Save Button" once done

Removing the link of Care worker to the Client

In the Care Worker Clients Information under the Employee information page, Slide the "Horizontal Slide Bar" and then select the "Remove Link Icon" then select the "Save Button" to save the changes.
