Introduction
Interest module specifies the details of various hobbies and likes. Interest records within Brevity are accessed through the Administration>Interest Administration> 12. Interest sub menu. Interest records are linked with the employee record profiles.
Navigating & Creating the Interest form
For navigating to the interest forms observe below steps
Navigate to the 'Administration, menu.
Select ‘Interest’ submenu.
You will get navigated to the Interests page. Click on +New button.
Enter the Name of Interest.
Click Save.
Edit Interest Record
To edit a define those things that the employee likes to undertake or to be involved in. Linking this information against the employee profiles can assist in rostering the appropriate support workers to a client, particularly in regards to social support activities.
Creating an Interest Record
To create an interest record, observe the following steps:
Select the Administration> 12. Interest sub menu to open the Interest List page.
Click on the button to open the New 8. Pay Rate Loading record page to create new loading.
Within the name field input a description of the interest
Click the SAVE button to create the interest record.
Click the CLOSE button to exit the page and return to the Interest List page.
Edit an Interest Record
To edit an Interest record observe the following steps:
Select the Administration>Interest Administration> 12. Interest sub menu to open the Interest List page within the browser.
Search for the Interest record from within the Interest list.
Highlight the Interest record to be edited.
Either Within the search field input the name of the interest record.
Highlight the interest record that is to be edited and either click on the edit button or double-click on the Interest record to open it within the Interest pageinterest record.
Edit the Interest record, update name of the Interest record.
Select the save Update the Name field.
Click the SAVE button to update the interest record.
Select Click the Close CLOSE button to exit back the page and return to the Interest interest List page.
Delete an Interest Record
Although not recommended, and you are referred to the notes on record deactivation. To delete a language an interest record observe the following steps:
Select the Administration>Interest menu to open Interest List page within the browser.
Search for the Interest record from within the Interest listRefer to steps 1-2 under the topic Edit an Interest Record.
Highlight the Interest record to be deleted.
Select Click the " Delete Button " in the upper right portion of the windowribbon bar.
Select the OK button to confirm the deletion of the selected record. Record listing will refresh.
Activate and Deactivate a Interest record
To edit the activity status of a an Interest record observe the following steps:
Observe the Refer to steps 1-4 as outlined 2 under the topic Edit the an Interest recordRecord.
To deactivate the Interest record select the Deactivate button . Deactivating the record will set it to read-only.
To activate the Interest record select the Activate button.
Once done, you can exit back to the Interest ListClick the CLOSE button to exit the page and return to the interest List page.
Linking the Users to Interest record
To link the users employee profile to an interest record observe the following steps:
Select the Employees>employees menu to open employees List page within the browser.
Search for the Employee record from within the Interest list.
Highlight the Employee’s record to be linked.
Scroll down the page and navigate to likes & dislikes section.
Click attachment icon to link interest against the employee record.
Select the interest to be linked.
retrieve the required employee record from the User list, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the icon. Select the applicable interest record from the drop down list that will be assigned against the employee profile.
