Note Tags

Inclusion of Note Tags while recording entries allows you to easily find entries using via the entry note search. The note tags allow you to setup global tags, and will also have client specific tags from the goals section and external provider section on their the client profile.

A note search was recently added to the client profile for searching for entries. This has been improved to search on a date range, custom title and on the improved tagging.

Recurring Appointments

We have now added the ability to create recurring appointments or tasks via the Schedule Board and My Calendar screens.

An addition of a new list view toggle on the client profile screen allows for a condensed view for more easily locating entries. You can use this icon to toggle between the details view, which is great for reading up on recent notes, and the new list view.

Total consult and travel hours has been added for the day entries and a total was added to the top right of the Schedule Board and My Calendar screens.
