This page guides the user through the processes of managing budgets for a PACE Plan .

Introduction

For PACE plans you will observe that that the manage budgets form does not display the individual service booking categories and budgetary details. The Manage Budgets form allows for the movement of budget $ amounts between the categories listed within the From and To drop down fields.

Moving Budget Amount

To move budget funding between service categories observe the following steps

  1. Click the edit budget icon located above the budget record grid, to display the Manage Budgets form.

  2. Select the service category from the drop down list within the From field.

  3. Select the service category from the drop down list within the To field.

  4. Input the $amount that will be transferred to the service category selected from the To field.

  5. Click the SAVE button.


Editing the Budget Amount

If you find that budget amount has been specified incorrectly repeat the steps as listed about. If an error is presented when applying corrections you can double click the service booking record listed within the Budget record grid to apply the necessary corrections into the Budget field. Ensure the changes are SAVED.
