Clients group can be used to determine the specific clients doing the same task.  Each client can use their fund which can be found in client's Funding ( see Setting up the Client Funding to setup client funding)


Click clients then click groups to go to Clients Group


Creating a New Group


To create / setup a new group, click on the + New button


Type the name of the group and click save 


After saving the group, you can now add clients that will be included in this group. To add a client, click on the add icon on the right side of the client's section


Fill up the information and once done, click save then click close (the button next to save) to go back.


Tips

You can type the name of the client under client field and group fund to bring up the name of the client and the funds of the client respectively


Repeat the steps until all the client are included in the group


Editing the Group


You can click on the checkbox and click edit to edit the group. You can also use a shortcut by double-clicking the name of the group you want to edit.


Fill up the necessary changes in the group and click save to save the changes made.


On this page, you can also delete clients so they will not be included in the group. To do this, can click on the delete icon on the far right side of the client name


Deleting a Group


To delete a group, click on the checkbox and click on the delete button that can be found on the upper right corner


A pop up will display. Click on Ok to delete the group and click cancel if you click delete by mistake. 


Warning

If you delete the group, all the clients associated with that group will also be removed
