User Roles and their Access
There are different user roles within Brevity that can be assigned to each employee. Each Role has different access to the Brevity System. Below are the list of users and what software they can access.

List of Software
There are different software that can be used in Brevity. Each software can only be accessed by different user roles.
Brevity Software - This is the Main software of the Brevity Care Software
Brevity Mobile App - This is the software that can be used by the support worker to record their shifts.
Self - Serve Portal - This is the software that can be used by self - serve worker to record their session with the client.
Brevity Mobile App for Clients - This is the software that can be used to let the client fill in their information. This software only works with iPad.
Power BI - This is the software that can be used to make a visualization of different reports by using the Brevity data (Additional charges may apply)
Brevity Software
Brevity Software is the main software of the system. You can create the client and employee record, customize the system, and manage the client's funding and service schedule from this software.
Users that can access this software: Admin, Super User, User
Admin Access
The administrator can do things on the Brevity Software without restriction. Below are the pages that only the administrator can access and are not available from other user types:
System Setup: System Setup is a section from Brevity wherein you can create new tables, manage the system reports, dashboard, and alerts. This section also let the administrator set the mappings for the 3rd party application (such as Xero, MYOB)
Settings: This is a section from Brevity wherein you can input / update the Billing information and Organisation Information. In integration section, you can enable the different software that can be linked to Brevity and buy sms credits so you can message the employee / client thru SMS.
Manage Login: Manage Login is a section from Brevity where you can create or edit the username and password of the employee and clients.
Syncing the 3rd Party Applications: This is a section from Brevity where you can sync 3rd party application (such as Xero and Myob) to Brevity. The administrator has the only access in connecting Brevity to the 3rd party application.
Pay Item from Employees > Pay Rate Loading: This is a field from Brevity where you can map the fields from the 3rd party application to Brevity. It is required in syncing between Brevity and 3rd party application.
Super User Access
The super user has an access to the Brevity Software but it has a limitation to several pages as mention above.
Quotes Section: The super user can access this section without limitations.
Client Section: The super user can access each page under the client section. They cannot create a client's login from the client's profile page that the client can use in Client Mobile App.
Employee's Section: The super user can access each page but they cannot edit the employee's login.
Care Management Section: They can access each page without limitations
Administration Section: They can access each page but with limitations. They cannot see the pay item that can be used in syncing the timesheet. They cannot also connect the Brevity to third party application.
Schedule Board Section: They can access this page without limitations
New Service Section: They could create a service schedule for the client without limitation
System Setup Section: This section is disabled to super user accounts
User Access
The user access can only see the list of clients and employees. This user has a limited access to different tables and forms. They cannot create the client's funding and service schedules.
Client Section: They could only see the client's list and record. They could also see limited pages in the client section that they could access.
They cannot see the client's funding, service template and other table within the client's profile. They cannot also see the tables from the quick menu. This is the same with the employee's profile.
The user can only see the service providers and can create a bulk email notification but they cannot see the report that will be generated by Brevity.
They cannot also see the reports from the client and employee sections.
Brevity Mobile App
This is the software that can be used by the support worker to record their timesheet, client's shift note and client's goal;. This is also the software that can be used by the support worker to create a leave, view the client's document, and create an incident / accident report. This software runs in Android and iOS Mobile Phones.,
Users that can access this software: Admin, Super User, User, Support Workers
Self - Serve Portal
This is the software from Brevity where the self - serve employee can use to record the client's session.
Users that can access this software: Admin, Super User, User, self - serve employee
Brevity Mobile App for Clients
This is the software that can be used to let the client fill in their information. This software only works with iPad.

Power BI
This is a 3rd party software that can use the Brevity data to create different charts for presentation. Additional fees might apply in connecting Brevity to Power BI.
