Adding Employee's Qualification

From the Qualification tab, to create a new record, Click on +New. It would require you to add in a qualification and description.

Fill out the necessary details and hit Save once done.

Editing the Employee's Qualification

From the qualification tab, select a qualification record to edit. Then click on the Edit icon.

Once changes have been made, click Save.

Adding Employees to the Qualification

You can link the qualification to the employee from this page. It will also show you the list of employees that are linked to the qualification. Edit the qualification from the Qualification list to start adding employees to the qualification.

You can edit the qualification by clicking on the qualification record and clicking on the edit button. You can also double click the qualification record to edit it.

You can link the employee to the Qualification by clicking on the Link button.

A search field will appear on the top of the list. You can use this search field to search for employees that you want to link on the qualification. Click on the employee's name to add the employee to the qualification.

Removing the Employee from the Qualification

You can remove the employee from the qualification by editing the qualification then, from the qualification profile, you can click on the remove link icon on the employee's list to remove the employee from the qualification.

Deleting the Qualification

Before you can delete the qualification, you need to remove all the employees linked to the qualification. You can do this by editing the qualification and clicking on the remove link button on the employees list. 

Once there are no linked employee to the qualification, click on the close button to return to the qualification list.

Click on the Qualification you want to delete and click on the Delete Button

Click on OK button to confirm the deletion of the qualification
