Pay Rate Loading is a section from Brevity where you can set the Pay rate multiplier for the employee from different employment type. You can set the loading rate, day, start time and end time for the pay rate multiplier. Brevity will check the pay rate loading list so it could correctly compute the cost of the employee's service to the client.

You can go to the Pay Rate Loading page by going to the Administration from Main Menu, and then clicking on the Pay Rate Loading tab from sub menu.

Adding A Pay Rate Loading Record

From the Pay Rate Loading page, you can create a new Pay Rate Loading record by clicking on the +New Button.

Fill in the necessary detail. Once changes have been made, click Save.

Name: This will be the name of the Pay Rate Loading Record.
Employment Type: You can select the type of employment that will affect by this rate. All employees from this employment type will be affected by the rate.
Applicable Day: You can set the day for the pay rate loading to take effect. It could be weekdays, saturday, sunday or public holiday.
Start Time: This is the time that the rate will start.
End Time: This is the time that the rate will end.
Loading Rate: This is the multiplier of the employee's service.

Editing the Pay Rate Loading Record

To edit a new Pay rate, click on the checkbox you want to edit then click on Edit button. You can search the pay rate by using the search field.

Once changes have been made, click Save.
