Languages.
Brevity allows you to manage the language that can be linked to the client and employee. You can also link or unlink a client / employee to the language from this page.
You can manage the language by going to the Administration from the Main Menu and then selecting the Languages tab from the sub menu.

Adding a New Language
The system will be redirected to a Language list window, select the "New Button" in the upper left portion of the window,
A new window will pop-up, fill-out all the necessary information and then select the "Save Button" once done.
Editing the Language
The system will be redirected to the Languages list. Select the language record to edit by selecting the corresponding "checkbox" and then select the "Edit Button",
Change the necessary information to be edited and then select the "Save Button" once done.
Adding Employees / Client to the Language
You can link employees and clients to the language by editing the language. After editing the language, you can link/add the employees and client from the language by clicking on the link icon.
A search field will pop up. You can use the search field to search for the employee/client that you want to link with the language. Click on the employee/client's name to select the employee/client so it will be linked to the language.
Removing the Client / Employee from the Language
If you want to remove the client/employee from the language, you can do it by clicking on the unlink button.
Deleting the Language Record
You cannot delete a Language Record if there is an employee and / or client that is linked to the language. You can check if there is an employee and / or client that is linked to the language by editing the language record. From the list of the language record, double click on the language record that you want to edit.
If you delete the language record while there is an employee / client that is linked to the language, you will see this error and the language record will not be deleted.
Before deleting the language record, unlink all the employee / client that is linked to the language. Click on the Unlink button on the right side of the employee / client's record.
Once you unlinked all the employee / client from the Language Record, click on the Delete Button from the upper right corner of the page to delete the language record.
Click on the OK button to confirm the deletion of the Language Record
You can also delete the Language Record from the Language main page. You can delete the record by clicking on the language record that you want to delete and then clicking on the delete button.
Then Click on the OK button to confirm deleting the record.
