Editing a Dashboard

To edit a Dashboard, observe the following steps:

1. In the product’s system setup component, select Dashboard from the Manage menu to display the Manage Dashboard List.

2. Click the Build Dashboard button in the actions column to open the Dashboard builder.

3. Within the form build canvas, you have the following options available.

   Add an additional view not previously configured into the dashboard canvas
Remove an existing view configured into the dashboard canvas
Reposition an existing view on the dashboard canvas
Establish a new section on the dashboard canvas
Edit the section name or remove it from the dashboard canvas
Establish a new group header on the dashboard canvas
Edit the group header name or remove it from the dashboard canvas
Add an additional chart not previously configured into the dashboard canvas
Remove an existing chart configured in the dashboard canvas
Add an iFrame element to the dashboard canvas
   
   

4. After applying your changes to the dashboard builder canvas, click the SAVE FORM button to close the dashboard and return to the dashboard list.

Delete a Dashboard

YOU ARE NOT TO DELETE the dashboards that are delivered as part of the product. To delete custom-built forms, observe the following steps:

1. Ensure Users have been reassigned to another dashboard.

2. Observe the steps 1 - 3 as listed above.

3. Click the delete button, followed by the continue button on the Delete Confirmation as shown below.
