Changing the Client’s Funding

Once the invoice has been modified, you will need to change the client’s funding. From the client’s funding screen, you will need to unpublish the client’s funding (if they are publish).

You will then need to change the funding source of the client’s funding to the correct/new one. Click on Save to save the new Funding source.

Once the new funding source is saved, click on the publish button again to update the shifts.

If you are on the schedule board, you will see that the funding has been changed to the new one.

Generating the new invoice

Once you have changed the client’s funding, you can just proceed to the generation of the invoice (just make sure that the timesheets are approved). In this case, since the client’s funding is NDIS, we will go to Client from the main menu and then funding sources. If the client’s funding is PLAN, Self or cash, you will need to go to invoice batches.
