Brevity User Roles

Admin

This role has unrestricted access to all menu options, including the system setup menu. The system setup menu enables the assigned user to manage report creation, table creation and maintenance, alerts and dashboard creation and maintenance and the establishment and assignment of user roles.

Brevity encourages depending upon organisation size a minimum of two users with admin rights.

Super User

This role has unrestricted access to all menu option, with exception the system setup menu. An staff member assigned the super user role can be assigned the rights of managing user logins, unlocking services and unpublishing funding.

User

This role has access to a restricted set of menu options, that include incident, client, external providers, client contacts, client services, user and a limited number of reference record sets. Depending upon the record type the staff member assigned to this user role will have either create, read or update record rights.

Rostering Staff

This role has access to a restricted set of menu options applicable with only to a record rostering function, that include incident, availability, service cancellation, client, client goals and progress, organisation and branch, external providers, client contacts, client services, user and a limited number of reference record sets. Depending upon the record type a staff member assigned to this user role will have either create, read or update record rights.

Support Worker Apps Only

This role provides staff members who perform client service delivery activities with access ONLY to the Brevity Mobile application.

Self-Service Portal

This role provides staff members who perform support coordination activities with access to both the Brevity Mobile application and self service portal, to manage/view clients services, documentation, budgets, provider quotations, goals, incidents and funding.
