Funding Claim Reporting Criteria

This page provides an overview of the reporting criteria.

 

The following criterias' will determine the reporting of participant services into the funding claim file:

 

  1. Scheduled service has been completed either by the support worker at the conclusion of the service, via the mobile app, or through the Schedule Board, or the scheduled service has been cancelled through the Schedule Board.

  2. The funding source is NDIS.

  3. Employee timesheet has been approved. Prior to timesheet approval, you have reviewed any variations between the schedule start and end times and the support workers' clock-in and clock-off times.
