Navigating the Manual
Brevity Online Manual has different topic and sub topics. There are two ways for navigating to the manual. You can either go to the home page and click on respective topics Or You can browse the manual by clicking on the topics from the left side panel.
Topics that has a sub topic has an arrow next to the topic. You can open the sub topics by clicking on the main topic. It will list all the available sub topics. You can hide the sub topic by clicking on the main topic again.
Searching for a Topic
From the upper left portion of the manual, you can search for the topic by clicking on the search button. Type the keyword that you want to search then press the enter key on your keyboard. It will list the topics that has the keyword that you searched. you can click on the topic to open the page.
Links
If the page wants you to look at another page, you will see a "Link" that will open another topic. These links are written in Blue text and you can click it to open another topic. See the picture below for the example of a link.
Table
Brevity Software Online Manual uses a table function so the reader could easily understand the list of terms. One advantage of using the table is that if you click the tabs of the table, it could sort the items of that tab in ascending or descending order.
Topic Outline
If the Topic has many sub topics, you can see the sub topics list at the start of the page. You can go to a specific topic by clicking on the name of the sub topic
Images
You will see some images from the guide. If you want to view the images so it will become larger, you just need to click on the image and it will show the image as a full screen.
