Support Workers Not to Use
This page guides through the process of allocating a support worker who is not to be assigned to a client service.
Introduction
The client record is configured with a feature that enables you to identify one of more support worker(s) against the client profile that are not to be assigned to client services. Excluding a support worker from the delivery of services to the client, can arise out from a decision made either by the client or the support worker, an example may be that the client prefers males or the client smokes and the support worker has asthma.
It is recommended that client notes be maintained to document the reasons why a support worker has been assigned to the Not to Use list.

The client service, when reviewed in either the client or employee view on the Schedule Board, will be presented as follows. You will observe that the shift panel is showing as pending, with an alert displayed in the top-right corner. Hovering your mouse over the pending shift panel will present a pop-up listing the scheduling issue.
