About Me Profile

Introduction

The Client Profile is a feature within the client record that allows the organisation to construct question-based templates that allow for information to be collected across a variety of care and support domains, such as the learning, lifestyle, impairment, family, goals and aspirations, hobbies and interests, dislikes and triggers, medical, or behaviors. Such information can then be used to formulate care plans, conduct plan reviews, and set goals.

The Client profile is accessed through the client record by clicking the About me menu in the vertical menu bar.
