Introduction

The Communications list screen is accessed through the Care Management module. This interface lists all internal, inbound and outbound communications irregardless of type that have been processed against the records maintained within the Brevity Care web application. There is no interaction with the records listed within this page.

 


Reviewing a Communication List

To review a communication record observe the following steps:

  1. Select the Care Management>communications menu option to open the Communications List page.

  2. Search for or sort the communication records.

     

  3. Highlight the communication record that would like to review.

  4. Either select the EDIT button or double click the record to open the record. The record will be identified by the text within the subject line.
