Sign into the Brevity Self-Service Portal

The first screen that you will see when you visit the Brevity Self-Service portal will be Sign in screen.

The username and password are established through the Manage Login form of the employee module within the Brevity Care web application. The company code is obtained from the Manage Login form

The order in which the login credentials are specified are as follows:

1. Username,

2. Password, and lastly

3. Company code.

Click the login button to access the main page of the Brevity Self-Service Portal dashboard.
