This page guides you through the process of logging into the brevity web application

Introduction

Access to the Brevity web application is undertaken through the login screen that is listed below. Additional to having a login profile you will need valid login credentials that include a username and password.


Forgot Login Details

If you cannot login using your username and password, you will need to contact your Brevity Administrator. If you are the Brevity Administrator and there is no other Brevity Administrator within your organisation that can reset your login details, you will need to send a login request to support@brevity.com.au.


Inactive Brevity Customer Accounts

If you haven't used Brevity for months or are arrears with the payment of your subscription, your Brevity Software will be marked as inactive. You will know if your Brevity account is inactive when you see the Brevity website at http://www.brevity.com.au .

If you want to reactivate your Brevity Software, you need to send a request to support@brevity.com.au


Deactivated Client or User login

Client and User access to the Brevity application can be deactivated through the Client and User modules. This may occur if the client ceases their service with your organisation or the employee leaves or has their employment ceased or suspended.

Where the client or employee attempts to access the Brevity web application with deactivated login credentials they will be notified that the login credentials used are invalid.


Login Details

Once you have your login details, and subject to the user role associated with your login credentials you could use the same username and password to access the different Brevity Software products that include Brevity web software, Brevity Self - Service Portal and Brevity Care Mobile App.

Below are the list of users and what software they can access.

Reset Password

There are occasions when we forget our password. To reset your brevity password click reset password link on login form.

It will redirect you a reset password page where you will enter your email address, Key in the email address that is registered to the user or client record. Brevity will alert you if the email address provided is invalid.

An email from brevitycaresoftware as shown below will send to the nominated address, follow the instructions contained within that message to reset your password.
