The Client Funding module is related with the provision of direct services to the HCP Client. The record is comprised of three elements, that include the funding profile, the services profile and the statement balances.

The funding profile is identified by the HCP client name and their MAC number, the HCP service agreement period, HCP level funding source and pricelist, budget. Transfer and Daily totals, Contributions, Subsidies (supplements) and Fees and the particulars of the invoicing party if this requirement.

The services profile, lists the individual HCP services being delivered under the participants HCP agreement, in-accordance with their HCP Level and associated budget. HCP services can be identified to delivery across public holidays, weekends or after hours.

The statement balance profile lists subject the activity status of the HCP Funding profile up to a total of 35 monthly funding breakdowns which is inline within the information contained within the HCP Monthly Balances report. Monthly balance records commence from the start date of the HCP funding period, and includes details of the HCP funding profile, no of days and commencement date of past and future contribution periods, Monthly contributions, Balance held by Services Australia and balance transferred, subsidy and fee totals.
