This page guides you through the maintenance of SIL Template within the Schedule Board

Updating the SIL Rostered Employee

Updating an employees rostered SIL shifts will be undertaken through the Schedule Board. To roster a staff member of a SIL service observe the following steps.

 

  1. Click the Schedule Board icon.

  2. Set the date range on the schedule board to correspond with the SIL service period that is to be amended.

  3. Click the By Group schedule view to display a listing of SIL services.

  4. Input the details of the SIL service into the search field, if required, to filter down the list of SIL services displayed within the schedule board.

  5. Click the SIL Roster icon to present the weekly SIL template.

  6. Click the Unlock button to open the SIL Template to editing.

  7. Edits to the weekly template include:

    Depending on the duration of SIL Services that have been added onto the schedule board you have the option to assign changes to one or more SIL service weeks. To apply individual changes to your organisations weekly SIL services, utilise the date range to move through individual SIL weekly services.

    Removing one or more rostered services for the week from an employee.
    Adding one of more rostered services for the week to an employee.
    Assign a new employee and roster SIL services.
    Remove an existing employee from the weekly SIL roster
    Reassign rostered SIL service to for one or more days another employee
    Marking one or more SIL services unassigned
    Placing one or more SIL services as being on offer (published)

 

Removing one or more rostered services for the week from an employee.

 

Adding one of more rostered services for the week to an employee.

 

Assign a new employee and roster SIL services.

 

Remove an existing employee from the weekly SIL roster

 

Reassign rostered SIL service to for one or more days another employee

 

Marking one or more SIL services unassigned
