This page outlines the process of goal and plan review within the Brevity Self-Service Portal.

 

On the client details screen, the nominated staff member can see all the goals that have been created for the client. Also included in this summary are the due dates and progression of tasks that comprise the goal as well as periodic plan reviews.

As a point of navigation, you can hover over the the goal name as well as the individual tasks to review additional details.

Nominated staff member can Create & Edit Goals and associated tasks for the client by clicking the  (plus) icon located to the left or the Goals label.
