You are now able to manage the billing information, credit card details and invoices for your Brevity account via the Brevity Billing Portal. This portal is accessible by all Admin users.

Accessing the Billing Portal

To access the billing portal, within Brevity, click on your name in the top right once logged and select the Settings option.

Updating Organisation Registration Details

The first tab on the settings page allows you to update your Organisation Billing information. To update, click the Update button at the bottom of the page, make required changes, and save to apply the changes.

Viewing Invoices and Updating Credit Card Information

The Billing tab on the setting page allows you to link or update the credit card used for payments. You are also able to see past invoices and pay any unpaid invoices from this tab. To add or update the credit card details for your account, click the Update button on the right side of the page, update with required information, and save to apply the changes.

Opening the Invoice

The invoice for your Brevity can be seen on the Billing page. Under the invoices section, it will display all the invoices for each month, the transaction id and the payment date. 


If you click on the month link under the period column, it will automatically download the invoice detail for that month in pdf form.

Paying the Brevity Invoice

You can pay your Brevity Invoice from the Billing page. From the invoice section, you can pay for the month by clicking on pay now button. Please take note that you need to setup your credit card information before you can pay for your invoices on this page.

Integrations

The Integration tab allows you to enable third party integrations for your instance. It allows allows you to enable SMS notifications, and purchase SMS credits. You can go to this page by clicking on the integration tab.


On this page, you can enable the 3rd party app that you want to link with your Brevity Software. You can turn it off or on by clicking on the slider bar.

Enabling SMS and purchasing SMS credits

Brevity has a function wherein you can send an SMS to your client / support worker. You need to enable the SMS from the integration page. Click on the SMS slide to enable SMS in your Brevity account.


Once you enabled the SMS, a new option will appear from this page. You can purchase SMS credits, and see the SMS purchase history. If you want to purchase for the SMS credits, you need to setup your credit card from the Billing page.
