Introduction
The client profile supports the maintenance of participants alerts. Alerts that are raised are reported against the shift within the mobile application. Alerts will assist the organisation to communicate to community care staff changes in participant care needs and functional domains, goals, welfare concerns, behaviours, risk or service requirements. Alerts have a display duration within the mobile application of 5 days. If this feature is not configured please speak with an agent from the support team on support@brevity.com.au.
