This page guides you through the process of establishing a Service Provider login.

Introduction

The Service Provider record is configured with a feature that allows the assignment of login credentials against the provider profile. The assignment of login credentials would only be applicable where providers are Support Coordinators.

The provision of login credentials is undertaken by plan managers, who are looking to provide external support coordinators with the opportunity of being able to review plans, budgets and invoices for their plan managed clients that they are in receipt of support coordination services.

The assignment of login credentials can be undertaken during the registration of a new provider record or as an update to an existing record. It is important to note that you must ensure that the support coordinator record is registered against the client profile. Refer to the section on linking service providers to the client.


Email Credentials

A short cut for establishing a login credentials for a Support Coordinator, the Plan Manager has the option of issuing login credentials via the Email Credentials feature which is located on the provider listing. Refer to the Email Credentials topic for further information.

Assigning a Login Credential

To assign a login credential against the service provider observe as follows:

  1.  Click the Manage Login button to open the Manage Login form. 

  2. Within the Username field input the username that will be used by the provider to access the Brevity mobile application.

  3. Within the Password field input the password that will be used by the provider to access the Brevity mobile application.

    📎 The minimum password length is 4 characters

  4. Within the Confirm Password field restate the password.

  5. Once done, click on the save button to create the login credential and exit back to the provider profile.
    📎 An error message is presented if the Password and Confirm Password values don’t match

    You Need to communicate to the provider the following information
    Provide the appropriate download instructions for the mobile, either directing them to the app store (apple device) or the playstore (android device).
    Provide their username, password and the company code which is located at the bottom of the Manage Login form
