Introduction
The notifications panel is accessed by selecting the notification icon, located in the top right of the dashboard. The Notifications panel will list any changes related with a client service that have been made by the Rostering staff through the schedule board. The notifications listed within the panel can relate with either:
Changes in the time and date of a client service;
Cancellation of the client service; and
Support worker being rostered onto a client service.
Acknowledging a notification
To acknowledge that you have reviewed the notifications listed within the notification panel click the Mark Read link.
