This page guides the plan manager through the process of generating a claim for payment file for approved provider invoices.

Introduction

Brevity allows the Plan Manager to generate a bulk payment request file that contains the individual line items for provider invoices approved through the Plan Management invoice module. The bulk claim file interface is accessed by selecting the Care Management > Plan Management Claims sub-menu.

Generating a Bulk Claim Payment file

To generate a bulk payment request file observe the following steps:

  1. Select the Care Management>Plan Management Claims sub-menu.

  2. Click the (plus) New button to generate a new claim batch.

  3. From the invoices listed within the Create Invoice Batch screen select the invoices, that will have the corresponding line items written into the bulk payment request file .

  4. Click the Generate Claims button, to generate the claim batch file.

  5. Select the OK button on the pop up screen to acknowledge the number of invoices that are being claimed.

  6. A batch record is created.

    The batch record presents the following information


    A listing of the invoices selected through the Create Invoice Batch screen will be presented under the Invoice panel.

  7. Select the (blue star) icon to create the claim file and save to a folder on your hard drive

Upload a Bulk Claim Payment File to Proda

To Upload the Bulk Claim Payment file through the myplace provider portal observe the following steps:

  1. Select the Bulk Payment Request Upload tile to open the Bulk Upload page.

  2. From the Bulk Upload page search for the bulk payment file , by clicking on the choose file field.

  3. Select the Upload button.
