Introduction
Staff Appraisal records are managed through the employee profile. Selecting the Appraisal tile located within the left menu panel will provide you with access to the Staff Appraisal record function.

Creating New Employee's Appraisal
To create a new employee's appraisal, click the +New button
Fill out the information for the employee's appraisal by using the drop-down menu to rate the employee.
. The rate range from 1 - 9 with 1 being the lowest and 9 being the highest.
You need to fill out all the field that has a * symbol to it. You cannot save the appraisal if you will not fill out those fields
Click save once done filling out the fields.
Editing the appraisal
If you need to change the appraisal information, you can click on the appraisal and click edit. Alternatively, you can double-click the appraisal to edit it.
After editing the changes, click save to save the changes.
