Introduction

The Quote module within the Brevity system allows the organisation to convert the new business to a client, record once the NDIS participant has accepted the quotation and signed the NDIS Service Agreement.

Client Conversion

To convert a lead to a new client observe the following steps.

  1. Select the Quote menu to open the Lead List screen into the browser.

  2. Search for the Quote record from within the Lead list.

  3. Highlight the Quote record to be edited.

  4. Either click on the edit button or double click on the Quote record to open it within the Quote form.

  5. Update the Approval Stage field, by selecting the Service Agreement Signed value.

  6. Select the Save Button to update the quotation and enable the client conversion button

  7. Select the Convert to Client button from the ribbon bar. open the Convert Lead Screen.

  8. On the Convert Lead Screen, select if you would like to migrate over notes, documentation and ,communications to the new client record.

  9. On the Convert Lead Screen select the CONVERT button, this will present a pop up screen that will ask you to confirm the conversion of the lead record. Select OK Button.

  10. If the conversion has been successful a pop up screen will be displayed. Select the OK button to clear this screen and to be presented with the clients record.

  11. Within the Client proceed to update the record profile ensuring to observe that information is input into the mandatory fields that are denoted with the *.

  12. Specify any optional information if known

  13. Once done select the save button to update the Client record.
