This page guides a plan manager to generate funding statements against the clients plan. Funding statement is a file with details of budget status & invoice status for the plan of client.

Brevity tracks the budget spend against the service booking categories a statement which gives a clarity to plan manager about the invoice status and the budget details. There are two ways to generate funding statements:

  1. Generate funding statement for an individual client.

  2. Generate bulk funding statements.

Generate Funding Statement

To generate funding statement for an individual client:

  1. Navigate to Plan management sub-menu and a plan record for which you want to generate the funding statement.

  2. Click on Funding statement button from the menubar.

  3. Select date range and Click run report.

  4. You can save the generate report using save button and print the report using print button.

  1. Zoom Options: You can set the page zoom for the generated report as per your convenience using zoom dropdown at top.

  2. Save: You can save the generated report in three formats such as Excel, PDF and Word. After selecting the format you can save the report in your local machine.

  3. Print: You can print the report using print button at the top. It will ask you to select the print layout in terms of page size and page orientation.

  4. Find: You can enter any keyword to search in the report. If there are more than one results, Next button can be used to navigate.

  5. Client Details: It displays the client details on the report such as Client name, NDIS number and plan start and end date.

  6. Budget Details: It displays the budget details in tabular format along with Opening balance, Service name, Funding name, Invoice number, Service charges and Total amount.

The funding item in colour red indicates that the invoice is rejected and the green colour funding item indicates that the invoice is approved.

Send bulk funding statements.

To generate bulk funding statements:

  1. Navigate to Client menu, Click Bulk email notification submenu.

  2. Select Email template as 'Funding Statement'.

  3. Select Report as 'Plan managed funding statements’.

  4. Select report from and reports to date.

  5. You will get a list of clients for which the funding statements are present. Click on view link to view the individual funding statement report.

  6. You can click on preview button from the top to preview the email before sending it. Select the client names and click send to send the email.
