If the after hour option fields are disabled for a service type, when adding services to a client funding, you can enable these by following the steps in this guide.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these step to enable the options
- Open the Service Type record by navigating to Administration > Service Types. Search for the service type and open the record by double-clicking on it.
- On the service type form find the Funding Codes section and double-click the NDIS item in the list to edit it. This will open the record in a pop-up window
- Within the Codes section on the right, set the Has A/H Rates option to Yes and copy and paste the code from the Code field to the other available fields below it, as shown below.
Click Save to apply the changes.
If you return to the add service screen on the Client Funding record, you will be able to enable service deliver for after hour now
