  1. From the client page, select the client against which the session will be recorded.

  2. select the applicable record button as to whether you are recording an Admin or Therapist session.

  3. Set the billable status, if unbilled deselect this field, other retain the default.

  4. Specify the consult date for when the session was delivered to the client.

  5. Specify the consult time for when the session was delivered to the client.

  6. Select from the drop down listing of funded client services to which the the session recording relates.

  7. Adjust the consult, admin and travel time on the time sliders and verify the total time.

  8. Input any notes into the client note field.

  9. Select the Add record button to add a new shift and a time sheet for the client. The session record will be reflected under the Clinical and admin notes listing. Until the shift is approved the session recording can be updated.
