Adding New Client Funding
In the lower right hand side of the Client information, there is a "Client Funding" information. Select the "Plus Add Icon" beside it.

Once selected, the Client Funding Form will pop-up. Fill out all the necessary information and then select the "Save" button.
Adding Services that the Client is Funded for
Once saved, you can add all services the client is funded for by clicking the + icon within the Services section - this is required for generating NDIS claims as well as tracking the budget. Click Close to close the Client Funding Form once done adding all service the client is funded for.
You will be redirected to the New Client Funding record page. It is important to add service(s) that is linked to the client's funding. To add a service, click on the add button under the services section
Fill out the information for the service details. For the service type, you can either add an individual service or group service. Click save once done filling out the information.
You need to publish the client's funding so it will be available for service schedule. To do that, click on the publish button.

Editing the Client Funding Record
You can always return to a client funding record to make changes to it. To do this, you simply need to double-click on the record from within the client funding section list.
Before you can edit the client's funding, you need to click on the unpublish button so it will return to setup mode.
You can now edit the client's funding. After filling out the changes to the client's funding, click save to save the changes. Then click publish so it will be available again.

Deleting a Client Funding Record
You should only delete a client funding record if it was mistakenly entered into the system. For valid client funding records, you should Deactivate these to make them inactive in the system. In the lower right of the Client information, Slide the "Horizontal Slide Bar" of the Client Funding information and select the "Delete Icon" of the corresponding Client Funding profile to be deleted - please note that this record will be permanently deleted.

Run Funding Report
You can check / save the details of the client's funding by using the Run Funding Report. This will generate a report for the client's funding wherein you can check the details of the funding.
From the client's funding page, click on the Run Funding Report to generate a report for the client's funding
Select the dates that the report will cover. Click on the Run report button to generate the report.
It will show the generated report for the client's funding. You can save the report by clicking on the save button and then select the format for the report.
There are different color for the service type on the report. This indicates the following:
- Black colored service type: This service type indicates that the shift is in scheduled status
- Red Colored service type: This service type indicates that the shift is in cancelled status
- Green Colored service type: This service type indicates that the shift has been already completed.

Editing the Client's Funding Name
Before you can edit the Client's funding name, you need to unpublish the funding first so it will go to setup mode.
You can edit the client's funding name by clicking on the edit name button. This will allow you to rename the client's funding.
It will show the Name field where you can edit the Name of the Client's Funding. After renaming the client's funding, click on the save button to save the changes for the client's funding name.

Creating a Copy of the Client's Funding
You can copy the client's funding by clicking on the create copy button. You can copy the client's funding even if the client's funding is in publish mode.
After clicking on the create copy button, the copied client's funding will open.

Deactivate a Client Funding Record
You should Deactivate a client record when it is no longer current. To do this, double-click the record within the Client Funding section list on the Client record to open the record for editing. From within the pop-up window select the Deactivate button Unpublish button on the toolbar to edit the fund.
It will have a pop up if you want to continue. Click on OK Button to unpublish the fund. Then click deactivate to flag the record as inactive.

Deleting the Client's Funding
If the client's funding is published, unpublish the funding first before deleting the client's funding.
After unpublishing the client's funding, you need to delete the service type of the funding first before deleting the client's funding. You can delete the service of the funding by clicking on the delete button.
Click on the OK button to confirm the deletion of the service type for the funding.

Services that cannot be deleted
There are two reason why you cannot delete the service type of the client funding. The first reason is because the funding has been used. You can check on the allocated and utilised total columns of the services section. If there are values to these columns, you cannot delete these services.
If you try to delete a service type that has been used, you will see this error.
The second reason why you cannot delete the services from the funding is because there is a created service schedule that uses the funding. You can delete the service type by deleting first the service schedule that uses the funding. After deleting the service schedule, you can delete the service type from the service section. This is the error that will look like if you deleted the service type with a created service schedule.
You cannot delete a client's funding that has been used. If you want to create a new client's funding, you can deactivate the old funding first and then create a new client's funding.
