Introduction

The Brevity product features a Chatbot that enables you to chat with a support agent and search for information in within the Online HelpKnowledge base.

To access the Chatbot, click the

Searching the Knowledge base

To search for an article in the Online Knowledge Base, enter your inquiry in the 'Find the Answer' field and press Enter. To clear your request, click the X. To open a topic from the results, click on the hyperlinked topic.

Chatting with a Support Agent

You can engage in chat sessions with a support agent either anonymously or by using your Brevity login credentials. If you choose to log in, click the "Log In" link and enter your username and password.

To communicate with the support agent, type your message and attach any relevant files to help the agent provide a resolution. To submit your message either hit enter or click the > icon.

A chat session will be identified with a support ticket.

To exit the chat, click the close icon at the bottom right of the application interface. To return to previous conversations, click < located at the top left of the chat window.
