Introduction
A consolidated listing of the core supports and direct services that have or will be provided to the participant, and that may or may not yet have a staff member rostered. The Service Schedule listing page is accessed by selecting the Employees > Available Shifts sub menu. From this listing in addition Additional to reviewing and the editing the details of the client service, you can additionally service (including the assignment of working notes against the service schedule) the Service Schedule listing also enables the system user to undertake the following actions:
✴ Undertake the cancellation Cancellation of one or more individual or group service(s).
✴ Adjust Adjustment to either the start , and end times or both that are associated with one or more individual or group service(s).
✴ Adjust Adjustment of the day associated with one or more individual or group service(s).
✴ Remove or assign a new support worker associated with to one or more individual service(s).
✴ Recalculate client costs associated with one or more individual service(s) including the assignment of client service expenses.

Available Shifts
When the Service Schedule list presents within the browser the Available records view is listed by default. To Assign a member of staff to one or more services observe the following steps:
Within the date from and to fields (1) and the search field (2) input the values that will be used to filter the records listed within the datagrid.
Highlight the service schedule records that are to be rostered to a nominated support worker.
Click the Switch Worker icon from the ribbon bar to open the Select Employee to Assign Shifts to page.
Within the Select Employee to Assign Shifts to page, select the availability parameters (staff and work availability) and filter down the records listed by specifying the support worker name.
Select the applicable staff members that is to be assigned to one or more selected client service and click the SELECT button to present a pop up screen.
Click the OK button to proceed with the rostering of the selected staff member.
