Adding A Funding Source
To add a new funding source, click on the +New button.
Fill in the necessary detail. Once changes have been made, click Save.

Provider Code Mappings
If the funding source requires a code mapping for claiming, you can add the service code on this section. NDIS for example, requires service code to complete the claiming of funds from the NDIS.

Adding a New Provider Code Mapping
You can add a new Provider Code Mapping by clicking on the + button under the Services to Provider Code Mappings section.
Fill out the information for the service type code. You need to specify if the service type will be a group service type or a individual service type. If the service type has an after hour rate, you need to fill in the after hours codes from the fields. Once you are done filling up the details, click on save to create a new Provider Code Mapping

Editing the Provider Code Mapping
If the provider changes the code for a service type, you can edit the code by editing to the Funding source and double click on the service you want to change the code
Fill out the information for the service type code and once done, click on the save button.

Deleting the Provider Code Mapping
If you don't want the service type to be included in the Funding Source, you can delete the Provider Code Mapping. Move the horizontal bar to the right until you see the delete button
Click on the Delete button of the service type you want to remove. If you remove the service type from the funding source, you cannot retrieve it so be careful in removing a service type from the funding source.

Select a funding source record to edit by clicking on the checkbox and click edit. You can search the funding source by using the search field.
Once changes have been made, click Save.
