This page guides the plan manager
through the process of generating
, reviewing and uploading through to PRODA a Bulk payment claim file listing approved provider invoices.
Introduction
These instructions are applicable only to those plan managers THAT ARE NOT USING THE NDIS API.
Brevity allows the Plan Manager to generate a bulk claim via payment request file that contains the individual line items for provider invoices approved through the Plan Management invoice module. The bulk claim file interface is accessed by selecting the Care Management > Plan Management Claims sub-menu. A bulk claim can be generated where the following conditions have been meet:
Client has a valid funding record and the funding source is identified as either Plan/PM.
Client has completed shift against their plan funding.
Timesheet have been approved for the respective shifts
Invoice records have been generated for approved timesheet.
Once you have generated the invoices using Brevity’s invoice generate procedure, you can proceed to generate a bulk claims

Generating a Bulk Claim Payment file
To generate a bulk payment request file observe the following steps:
Navigate toSelect the Care Management>Plan Management
Claims sub-menu.
Click
the New button to generate a new claim batch.
From the invoices listed within the Create Invoice Batch screen
select the invoices, that will have the corresponding line items written into the bulk payment request file .
Click the Generate Claims button, to generate the claim batch file.
Select the OK button on the pop up screen to acknowledge the number of invoices that are being claimed.
A batch record is created.
The batch record presents the following information
A listing of the invoices selected through the Create Invoice Batch screen will be presented under the Invoice panel.
Select the icon to create the claim file and save to a folder on your hard drive

Reviewing the Plan Management Claim Batch record
To review the invoices contained within a PM batch file observe the following steps:
Select the Care Management > Plan Management Claims sub menu to open the Plan Management Claim Batch List page.
You can either scroll through to the batch or reorder the list depending upon the number of batch records listed or optionally you can refine the batch records listed by inputting the particulars of the batch within the search field.
When searching for a batch it is recommended that you secure the particulars of the providers unique invoice number.... To search for the provider invoice, access the Plan Management Invoice List page and input the particulars of invoice number into the search field.... Once the matching invoice has been returned into the invoice list you can review the particulars of the assocaited batch number.
Highlight
the batch record that is to be reviewed and either click on the edit button or double click on the batch record to open batch page.
Scroll to the bottom of the batch page to review a listing of the invoices that comprise the batch.... To review the partculars of an invoice, hightlight and double click the invoice record to present the record information within the Edit Plan Management Invoice record.
Upload a Bulk Claim Payment File to Proda
To Upload the Bulk Claim Payment file through the myplace provider portal observe the following steps:
Select the Bulk Payment Request Upload tile to open the Bulk Upload page.
From the Bulk Upload page search for the bulk payment file , by clicking on the choose file field.
Select the Upload button.
