Branch team assignment to a record against the organisations records is a function only available within exclusive to the enterprise version of the Brevity application. This action allows the organisation to categorise records by branch and if applicable by teams which determines the records seen and interacted with by a user when they log in.

To apply a branch team structure to the record click the hyperlinked branch reference located to the top left of the record header to display the Update Branch & Team form. Make the appropriate selections from reference lists within the Branch and Team drop down fields. Click UPDATE to set the organisational attributes.
