Introduction
The client profile facilitates the maintenance of participants alerts. Alerts raised are reported against the client shift within the mobile application. Alerts enable the organisation to communicate to community care staff changes in participant care needs and functional domains, goals, welfare concerns, behaviours, risk or service requirements. Alerts remain visible in the mobile application for a duration of 5 days. If this feature is not configured please speak with an agent from the support team on support@brevity.com.au.
Establishing an Alert
To establish a participant alert observe the following steps:
Click the icon located above Alerts record grid as shown above to open the New Participant Alert record form.
You will observe the client field will display the particulars of the participant.
Within the Alert field input a narrative of the alert that will be displayed within the mobile application.
Within the Alert date field specify the date the alert will reported from. The date can be specified as free text or by using the calendar picker.
Click the SAVE button to create the alert record.
Click the CLOSE button to exit back to the client profile.
Review Alert in Mobile Application
The presence of an alert on the client service is identified with a rotating star. Expanding the service will make visible the particulars of the alert under the heading Participant Alert, as shown below.
