You can track the Client's progress by using the Client's Goal. This is the section from Brevity wherein you can create, edit and delete the client's goal. Once you created a goal for the client, it will be also seen from the self - serve portal and support worker apps.

Creating a Client's Goal

In the lower right portion of the Client Information, Select the "Plus IconAdd Button" beside the Client Goals Information,

In the Client Goals Window, fill-out the necessary information and select a goal to be accomplished in the Goal list. Select the Save Button once done.

Editing the Client's Goal

If you want to edit the client's goal, locate the client goals section from the client's record and then double click on the client's goal that you want to edit.Image Removed

Fill in the changes for the Client's Goal and then click on the save button to save the changes for the goal

Deleting the Client's Goal

There are two ways to delete the client's goal. The first way is by slide the horizontal bar to the right and then clicking on the delete button of the goal that you want to delete. There will be no warning if you delete the goal using this method and the goal cannot be recovered once it has been deleted so be careful in deleting the goals using this method.

The second way to delete the client's goal is by opening the goal and then clicking on the delete tab from the upper right of the page.

Click on the OK Button to confirm deleting the goal.
