Review a Charge Rate record
To review a charge rate associated with the service type observe the following steps:
Select the Administration>Service Type sub-menu to open the Service Type List page.
Within the search field input the particulars of the service type.
Highlight the Service Type record that is to be reviewed and either click on the edit button or double-click on the Service Type record.
Highlight and double click on the applicable charge rate record to open the Edit Pricelist Rate record.
To exit the Edit Pricelist Rate record click the CLOSE button to return to the service type form.

Editing a Charge Rate record
To edit a charge rate associated with the service type observe the following steps:
Observe Steps 1-4 listed in the Review a Charge Rate record .
Any changes made to listed rates will update back topic.To edit the Rate Type, select the appropriate rate from the reference values listed.
To edit the rate on one or more fields highlight and input the revised $ value.
Click the SAVE button to apply your changes onto the corresponding pricelist once the record has been saved.
.To exit the Edit Pricelist Rate record click the CLOSE button to return to the service type form.
