Plan Management Claim is a section from Brevity that has the same function as Invoice Batches and Funding Claims. You need to create a batch claim so you could generate a claim file for the group invoices and upload it to Proda.

You could generate a Plan Management Claims by going to Care Management and then click on Plan Management Claims

Creating a Plan Management Claim

You could create a new Claim Batch by clicking on the +New button on the upper left section of the screen.

It will show you the invoices that has been created. Select the invoice from the list and then click on generate claims on the upper right to generate the batch claim for those invoices.

Click on OK to confirm the generating of your invoice

Once you generated a claim, it will automatically open the Plan Management Claim Batch.

Downloading the Claim File

From the Plan Management batch claim, it will let you download the claim file that you could upload directly to Proda for claiming the client’s invoices. You need to click on the download claim file to download the file in to your computer.

Note

Once you downloaded the file, do not open the file in excel as it will change the date format inside the file. If the date format is changed, there will be an error when you try to upload the file. If you wanted to see the file inside, we would suggest to create a copy of the original file.


Uploading the Remittance File

Once you have uploaded the file in Proda, you could download the claim file that you have previously uploaded. By uploading the Remittance File, Brevity will automatically change the status of your invoices and mark them if they are paid or rejected. Please refer to the guide (Step 7: Processing Payment Remittance ) on how to download the claim file from Proda.

Once you have the claim file, click on the Invoice batch from the list to select the batch that you wanted to upload the remittance file and then click on upload remittance file on top.

This will open the upload remittance page. Click on Choose file to select the file file from your computer and then click on save and continue to continue with the next step.

The next step will show you the details of the claim. Click on the import data to continue uploading the claim file.

Click on OK Button to confirm uploading the file

You will see a confirmation page that will inform you that the remittance has been successfully uploaded. Once you go back to the invoice batch, you will see that the status has been changed.
