This page guides you through the process of downloading the Service Booking file.

To download the Service Bookings file through the myplace provider portal observe the steps outlined below. For additional information refer to the myplace provider portal and resources webpage.

  1. Access the myplace provider portal.

  2. Select the Downloads tile on the myplace homepage.

  3. After you click the Downloads tile, a screen listing download options will be presented.

  4. Select the Download Service Bookings tile, to request and download a report containing your service bookings information from the Download Service Bookings screen.

    The Download Service Bookings screen displays a listing of all service bookings that were active for your organisation in the 90 days to today’s date. Note: The download report will only be available for 90 days, reports older than 90 days will be automatically deleted.

  5. Select the Request Download button to display the Download Service Booking screen

    The Download Service Bookings screen displays will display a green tick and system message saying ‘The request for download has been submitted.’
    You can either select (A) Cancel Request to cancel the download (pending report) that you have just requested, or select (B) Back to go back to the Downloads page.

  6. You will need to refresh the list of reports to view and download the report that you have requested in the previous step. To do this, select Back to go back to the Downloads page.

  7. Select the Download Service Bookings tile to open the the Download Service Booking page to view the list of available reports. Please note that the report that was generate in the previous steps will be listed first.

  8. Select the Download button opposite the requested report that is to be downloaded. Note that an Acknowledgement window will pop up

  9. On the Acknowledgement window popup, check the box to show you agree and will adhere to the acknowledgement regarding use of the information in the report that you are about to download.

  10. After having checked the Acknowledgement box, the popup window will expand to display a number of file format download options.

Of the 4 format types listed , Brevity requires you to select the the CSV file option for importing the services bookings back into the application.
