This page guides you through the process of cancelling a shift.

 

The Brevity Self-Service Portal allows for shifts to be cancelled that have not yet been completed. To undertake this process observe the following steps:

  1. Access the Brevity Self Service portal using your allocated login credentials.

  2. Click the Schedule Board Menu to open the Schedule Board.

  3. Navigate to the applicable date.

  4. Highlight the applicable shift that is to be cancelled.

  5. Click the (blue star) Cancel Entry button located at the bottom right of the schedule board to call up the Cancel Shift form.

  6. Select the applicable cancellation policy.

  7. Within the Cancellation Reason field select the applicable cancellation reason from the drop down list.

  8. Input into the Cancellation Comments field the particulars of the cancellation.

  9. Select the Cancel Shift button to present a pop up screen.

     

     

  10. Select the OK button to cancel the selected shift
