Open Client Record
Open the client record that you want to manage the funding for by hovering over the Clients Menu, select the Clients sub-menu item.
You will be redirected to the Clients list window, search for the name of the client under the Search Field box. You can click on edit button or double click on the client's name.

Adding the Client Funding
On the lower right part of the Client profile, there is a Client Funding section. Select the Plus Icon to add a funding.
A Client Funding page will pop-up. Fill out all the necessary information and then select then hit Save.

After Saving the Client Funding information, The Services Information will now be available. Under the Services Section, select the "Plus Icon" to open in the Services Information window.

Fill-out the necessary Service information and then select the "Save Button" and then select the "Close Button" to close the window.
You can optionally allow after hour delivery of the service by selecting the appropriate option in the right column. This is only available for services that pay after hour rates by NDIS. The system will stop rostering of services for after hours if set to no.
